Grief Recovery Support Group (limit 8 participants)

Counseling fees are due and payable at the time of our appointment.

Payment

Cash, Check, Visa, Master Card, American Express, HSA/FSA (with credit logo) are all accepted forms of payment.

Please arrive to your first appointment 15 minutes early to complete paperwork. Forms can also be mailed to you in order to be completed prior to arrival if request for forms is made through email.

Cancellation Policy

24 hour notice is required for all cancellations. Failure to cancel wihtin this time frame will result in a full session fee charge.

Insurance

I do not accept insurance. However, please contact your insurance provider directly to inquire about what your plan may cover when seeking therapy from an out-of-network provider. Upon request, a receipt for service will be provided should you wish to seek reimbursement for counseling services from your insurance company independently.
